SUGGESTION FROM THE PARENTS
PARUL MEHROTRA WROTE :
Really appreciate your efforts and many congratulations for launching the much needed health and nutrition program for students' Healthy Bits and Bites'. In view of healthy living it's also requested to please include at least half an hour of compulsory exercise/ yoga in the morning before starting the daily curricular activities.
Thank you for your appreciation and suggestion. We will definitely consider it.
SHARMILA BHATTAR WROTE:
Kindly consider revising the pick -up time during Ramadan by 15 minutes later than the scheduled time given now. This will help the children and parents immensely. The roads are empty and it is no hassle at all to reach on time.
Logistics of this is also easy to convey since it just needs to be informed that starting from May 27th, the pick-up time will be late by 15 minutes in all stops.
Hope you will oblige
Thank you for your valid suggestion.

BRIDGING THE GAP
ABDUL AZEEZ WROTE :
Good morning, Ma'am, Greetings and Salutations!
A small humble request/suggestion to make the Ptms more productive. As and when a child and parents walk into the classroom, he or she immediately write his or her name on the board and when they have met with the teacher, they strike off the name themselves. So it's clear who is next. If they wish to meet more than one teacher seated in the same room/Hall, they must write the name on the board/easel etc., next to every teacher so that whoever becomes free/available first can call them out. This will ensure optimal use of time for both parents and teachers.
Thank you for wonderful suggestion. We do have a token system in place which is working quite well. But I will put this forward too and see how best we can adopt it.
RENGITH, PARENT OF GRADE II WROTE :
I would kindly bring to your attention about the parent teacher meeting. Our time was 11 to 12:30 pm and we were on time are unable to talk to the teacher. In one and half hour time, teacher met only 4 parents. So there is no point in coming to school for this.
Thank you so much for the feedback. It’s these thoughts that encourages us to do best.
ALTAF AHMED WROTE :
My son has enrolled for afternoon activities and as part of these, he has outdoor games (football) twice a week. As you are aware, there is an intense heatwave in the UAE, with temperature touching 48 degrees especially in the afternoon. Due to this, there is a great concern regarding the safety and well being of the young children to play in the sun at this time of the year.
May I request you to replace the outdoor games with indoor activities for the remainder of this session so that we can avoid any undesirable effect of these high temperatures on the children.
The afternoon games were suspended and the remaining classes were conducted in October.
